Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design services, all sales are final once proof approval is given. Refunds may be issued only if work has not yet begun.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation hours already conducted or memorial music performances already rendered.
  • Custom design drafts that have been approved or initiated beyond the preliminary concept phase.
  • Digital downloadable products or resources once access links have been provided.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Submit an official request via email to our support team at info@cartersinspirations.com.
  2. Include your order number, the specific service requested, and a detailed reason for the refund request.
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for our leadership team to review the submission and provide a determination.
  4. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
